All retreats postponed due to COVID-19
I offer private classes; individuals or small groups are welcome. The classes will be "tailored" just for you. Together we can work on your overall physical fitness (strength, flexibility etc.), focus on your spiritual development (appeasement, patience, concentration etc.) or both. We can use yoga and/or pilates as a complement to a different kind of physical activity. The sessions can be held either in person or on-line. Interested? Contact me for more info!
